15-Minute Complimentary Wait Time
Complimentary wait time is included for the first 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
Additional Wait Time
Additional wait time is billed in convenient 15-minute increments.
Running Late?
If you're running behind, simply contact your chauffeur. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full reserved fare will apply.
Reservation & Payment Policy
Reserve Early
Reservations may be scheduled weeks or months in advance without immediate payment.
Payment Window
For reservations made more than 24 hours before pickup, a secure payment link will be sent approximately 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Reservations Within 24 Hours
Reservations made within 24 hours of pickup require immediate payment to confirm the reservation.
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.
Provisional launch pricing subject to route, scheduling, availability, major-event conditions, and operating-authority approval. One complete final price will always be confirmed before service.
