The standards that apply to every reserved ride, written plainly so there are no surprises before or after service.
Reservation & Payment
Reserve Early
Reservations may be scheduled weeks or months in advance without immediate payment.
Payment Window
For reservations made more than 24 hours before pickup, a secure payment link will be sent approximately 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Reservations Within 24 Hours
Reservations made within 24 hours of pickup require immediate payment to confirm the reservation.
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellation
Advance Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not charged.
Within 24 Hours
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the full reserved fare.
No-Show
If the passenger cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation is considered a no-show and the full reserved fare will apply.
Wait Time
Airport Pickups
Flights are monitored in real time and complimentary wait time is included after your flight arrives.
Scheduled Pickups
Complimentary wait time is included for the first 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
Additional Wait Time
Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed in 15-minute increments.
Courtesy Stop
Brief Stops
One brief courtesy stop may be accommodated on airport and point-to-point transfers when time and routing allow.
Extended Stops
Longer or multiple stops are best served by reserved hourly service, quoted before your ride.
Smoke-Free Interior
Smoke-Free Vehicles
Smoking and vaping are never permitted in the vehicle.
Vehicle Care
Vehicle Care
Every Privé Drive LV vehicle is professionally detailed and prepared before your service. If professional cleaning or restoration is required beyond normal use due to spills, stains, or damage during your service, a restoration fee of up to $250 may apply.
Custom Transportation
Tailored Arrangements
Hourly Executive Service applies to transportation within the Las Vegas Valley. Long-distance transportation, custom itineraries, and special requests are available by quotation.
Private reservation service is currently in development. Policies are provisional and may be updated as licensed direct service becomes available.
